  • GP Consultation (45 mins) – Full medical history, examination, and discussion of health concerns.‍
  • Physical Measurements – BMI, blood pressure, pulse, oxygen levels.‍
  • Core Blood Tests – Full blood count, kidney & liver function, HbA1c (diabetes), cholesterol/lipids.‍
  • Urinalysis – Screening for infections and kidney/bladder conditions.‍
  • Cervical Smear (if appropriate) – For women requiring screening.‍
  • Breast Exam & Advice – Guidance on breast health and self-checks.‍
  • Written Health Report – Summary with results and recommendations.
