1. How to Make a Complaint
You can make a complaint in the way that suits you best:
- 📝 In writing: Email admin@sabahealth.co.uk or post to Chapel House, Thremhall Park, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire

- 🗣️ In person: Speak to a member of staff at reception
2. What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
- A manager or senior doctor will investigate the matter.
- We aim to provide a full written response within 20 working days.
- If more time is needed, we will let you know why and when to expect an outcome.
3. Privacy
Your complaint will be handled sensitively. Details will only be shared with staff directly involved in investigating or responding. Making a complaint will not affect your future care at our clinic.
4. Escalating a Complaint
If you are unhappy with our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint:
