SABA Health Clinic is a private medical clinic providing GP services, women’s health, wellness checks, travel vaccinations, minor surgery, and ADHD assessments. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
2. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Appointments cancelled late or missed without notice will be charged in full.
- If we cancel your appointment, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund
3. Fees & Payments
- All fees are clearly listed on our website and confirmed at the time of booking.
- Payment is required at booking unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept secure debit/credit card payments and approved online methods.
- Prices may change, but you will not be charged more for a service you have already booked.
4. Prescriptions & Medication
- Prescriptions are issued at the doctor’s discretion, based on clinical assessment.
- Some treatments may require ongoing monitoring or blood tests.
- Shared care agreements with NHS GPs may be offered where appropriate.
- The medicine/ device costs are always extra unless explicitly stated at the time of booking.
5. Medical Records & Privacy
- All records are kept securely in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Information is shared only with professionals involved in your care, unless you consent or we are legally required to disclose it.

6. Complaints
- We are committed to high-quality care.
- If you are unhappy, please follow our Complaints Procedure.
- If unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) or the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We provide healthcare to professional standards, but no treatment can be guaranteed to be risk-free or successful in all cases.
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, except where required by law.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or serious harm caused by negligence.
8. Website Use
- Information on our website is for general guidance only.
- It should not replace a consultation with a qualified doctor.
- We do not guarantee that website information is error-free or up to date at all times.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
