Before your appointment
Arrive on time or up to 5 minutes early
If you arrive earlier, please wait in the Thremhall Cafe or car park until your appointment time. This helps us continue to provide a private and discreet service to our valued visitors. Please bring photo ID (such as a passport or driving licence) and a list of any medicines you currently take.
If you paid a deposit
We will take it off your final bill.
To change or cancel
Call or email us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
For all same-day bookings, please call or WhatsApp us to minimise any delays.
Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
Don’t wait for your appointment if you feel worse.
If someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk, call 999 or go to A&E now. For urgent help that is not an emergency, call NHS 111.
